delivered through the mail?
A. No, orders can only be delivered through the
mail.

A. Most of our products are only available retail.

Q. Can I pay by another method other that online
by credit card?
A. Yes, you can pay by UK bank cheque, postal
order, cash (send registered mail), western union, bank transfer
or international money order (payable in pounds sterling). When
paying using one of these methods please use the online shopping
cart and select the 'post payment' option, this will give you the
correct total including shipping and an order reference number.
Q. Can you give me instruction on the preparation
of your products?
A. We do not supply any information on the preparation
of any of our products (apart from what is available on the site).
This is because we expect our customers to research thoroughly any
products before they make a purchase. We feel that this is the best
way to ensure that customers use caution and respect when using
our products.
It is our opinion that this approach discourages anyone who is simply
looking for a quick high and encourages a respectful attitude towards
the use of sacred plants and entheogens. You can always post your

which is intended to help people share their knowledge and experiences.
Q. Do you send your products to my country?
A. We send our products to all countries where
they are legal. While we try to keep up to date on this, it is the
customers responsibility to check their local laws as we will not
be held responsible for packages that get confiscated by customs.
No refunds will be given in this case, unless the parcel is returned
to us in its original condition, unopened. Postage costs will not
be refunded under any circumstances. Please check your local laws
before you order. We can not give any advice on the law in your
country.
Q. What cards do you take?
A. We take Visa, Mastercard, Visa debit, Visa
electron, Lasercard, Switch, Solo and Eurocard.
Q. Why haven't I received any email confirmation
or receipt?
A. This is usually because an invalid email address
has been supplied to us. If using a web mail service such as Hotmail
make sure you have not reached your space quota for messages.
Q. Are your products legal?
A. Yes. We would not knowingly supply any products
that were illegal in the United Kingdom.

A. Not at this time but we are working on producing
a pdf catalogue that will be available to download from the web

Q. What are your prices in my currency?
A. All our prices are in pounds sterling as we
are based in the UK. If you wish to convert the total of your order
into your local currency please go here.
If you choose to pay by credit card using Worldpay you will have
the option to pay in either pounds, US dollars or Euros.
Q. How do you package your products?
A. All orders are sent in plain packaging without
any reference as to what is inside or Deva Ethnobotanicals. There
is a small return address label with the name Deva Trading and a
p.o. box address, this is all. We are required when sending to some
countries, to fill in a customs form. In this case the contents
is usually listed as incense, dried herbs or craft supplies.
Q. What will appear on my credit card receipt?
A. The name 'Deva Trading' will be on your credit
card receipt.
Q. Is the product I want in stock?
A. Generally if you can order it, then it is in
stock, occasionally mistakes are made and an item may not be available.
If this happens then you will always be notified by email and have
the option to cancel the order.
Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
A. We try to process all orders within 2 working
days, although at very busy times it may be a little longer. All
UK orders are sent by either first class recorded delivery or parcelforce
depending on the weight. Please allow 1 week for delivery within
the UK, 7-10 days for delivery to Europe and 1 - 3 weeks for the
rest of the world. Many orders will arrive before these estimates
but please do not contact us asking about your order until this
time has passed.
